Kone Kurnstile 100 Solution Wins IF Design Award
KONE has won an iF Design Award for its KONE Turnstile 100 solution. The awarded turnstile sets a new standard for innovative and timeless visual design and functionality, while improving building security, guidance and convenience. This is the third time that KONE has been recognized in the renowned competition.
The iF Design Awards’ jury of experts evaluated nearly 5,000 top-class entries from 55 countries enrolled in the competition. Judging was based on criteria such as design quality, choice of materials and degree of innovation. The iF Design Awards have highlighted outstanding achievements in design since 1953.
The next generation KONE Turnstile 100 is KONE’s response to the increasing need for smarter buildings and cities in the face of rapid urbanization around the world. This latest recognition from the iF Product Design Awards is one of several prestigious distinctions KONE has received for product design.
